High School Health Care Engagement Program Purpose: In order for the future workforce to develop an appropriate set of skills, competencies and qualities, it has been recognised that workplaces are important sites for relevant and meaningful skill development. This partnership aims to attract and recruit a suitable workforce for the Health Care Industry on the Sunshine Coast, as well as promote career opportunities within the Health Industry by delivering a two day hands on experiential program twice a year at the Nambour General Hospital.
