The RYSC collates the needs assessment and coordinates with schools and/or school clusters to confirm the top 3 priorities and identify the community supports needed. This Action Plan is then shared with all stakeholders, The PB works to support all stakeholders to make this a sustainable partnership and formalises this with MOU’s ????
