We've been in business for about six years. We started off as a bulk
garlic producer, that led us into added value products and now we have a
line of seven garlic food products. They range from pickled garlic, which
is just cloves of garlic bottled in a vinegar brine and some spices, and
we now have worked with an executive chef to develop a line of table top
condiments, which are, the bulk of which are a aioli based products and a
aioli is a garlic mayonnaise, very popular in Europe and they use it as we
use ketchup. This has led us to a variety of five different aioli
products, we have a garlic parsley sauce, and a lemon dill pickled garlic,
as well as our bulk products.
