AUCEA UNIVERSITIES AND COMMUNITIES COLLABORATION (Conference June 2011) As a result of a meeting in Coolangatta earlier this year, the QYIL 'Top down,bottom up" staregy attracted the interest if UCEA to such a degree that we were requested to prepare a paper for presentation at their annual comference in Sydney in June.
